Once I edit the mouse sensitivity the only way I can launch the game again is to uninstall it and download it again, but then I lose the sensitivity settings. Rename MassEffect2.exe as MassEffect2Launcher.exe I've also found some solutions online for getting the game to launch if it refuses to by changing the names of the files in Mass Effect 2 > Binaries Even replacing the edited file with a backup of the original file won't allow the game to load. When I try to launch it the ME2 process will show in Task Manager and then it just goes away. My problem is that editing this file immediately breaks the game. Then find the MouseSensitivity=1.0 entry and change it to whatever you prefer.

I found a bunch of solutions stating to edit the file in the ME2 folder here BioGame > Config > PC > Cooked > Coalesced.ini Looks like a lot of people have issues with the sensitivity on PC and even with a Logitech G502 Hero to reduce the DPI isn't a solution because the menus are affected as well.
